Price Match Guarantee
What qualifies as Price Match Guarantee?
We will price match services that are:
Identical
We will match the regular selling price of the identical service of the same brand, make, model, size, colour, version, packaging, quality and quantity.
At regular selling price
We will only compare against standard, non-discounted, non-promotional and non-special prices.
Currently in Stock
We will price match items that are currently in-stock at our competitors online webpage.
Found a lower regular selling price? Let us know!
Spotted an identical service at a lower regular selling price offered by our competitors, after purchasing our services from FunFair.sg? Here's how you can make your price match request.
1) Take a picture
Snap a picture or take a screenshot that shows both the product and the corresponding price tag showing the lower regular selling price (not the promotional, discounted or ‘special' price)
2) Submit your claim online
Send us your claim via email within 7 days of your original purchase.
3) We’ll reimburse you the difference
Once your claim has been submitted, we'll try our best to validate and respond to your claim within 3 business days, although in some cases it may take slightly longer. The reimbursement will be directly transferred back to your bank account via bank transfer.

A FunFair.sg customer must make a valid non-refunded, purchase of a service on FunFair.sg. Then the customer must follow the instructions above to submit a Price Match Guarantee claim online within 7 days of their corresponding FunFair.sg purchase.

Price Match Guarantee will only compare against in-stock, standard, non-discounted, non-promotional and non-special regular selling prices at our listed competitors. Price Match Guarantee does not include any, third party website, concierge services, atrium promotions, trade shows, and special events or festivals such as SAVOUR and wine fairs.

Price Match Guarantee is only valid for identical services on www.FunFair.sg. The regular selling price has to apply to an identical individual Services and products in terms of brand, make, model, size, colour, version, packaging, quality and quantity.

Price Match Guaranteed claims will be transferred via bank transfer to the provided bank account.

Price Match Guarantee does not apply to FunFair.sg private labeled services, promotional services, special edition services, temporary promotions, products or services pending promotion, or any other special offers. We don't match special prices only available to certain customers – such as negotiated prices or prices for groups like account holders or FunFair.sg members.

Customer may submit Price Match Guarantee claims on as many eligible services as they want, but may not collect more than SGD100 from Price Match Guarantee claims per year.

Price Match Guarantee does not apply in the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or other similar error if it is an error on the part of our competitors.

FunFair.sg reserves the right to deny Price Match Guarantee claims that are being submitted to intentionally abuse or circumvent the intent of the Price Match Guarantee.

All FunFair.sg's decisions on Price Match Guarantee are final and binding including but not limited to determining eligible claimants, legible photographs and submissions, pricing errors, regular selling price, time and date cutoffs, limits of promotion, and amount of reimbursement.
